Our Catering Options
We offer a variety of menus which can be tailored to fit your specific needs, from casual get-togethers to large-scale events.
Gourmet Burgers: Our burgers are made from high-quality cuts of chuck and brisket beef. Try a classic Cheeseburger or our signature Flames Burger, with cheese, smoked streaky bacon, iceberg lettuce, and beef tomato. We also offer our Brisket Brioche, which includes slow-cooked tender slices of USDA brisket in a bourbon gravy topped with our house mustard mayo. All are served on the finest brioche buns with your choice of our house sauces.
Dirty Chips & Nachos: We only use the finest quality meats, marinated and slow-cooked for up to 12 hours. Choose from our Dirty Brisket Chilli, made with the finest USDA Brisket , or succulent Dirty Pulled Pork with smashed crackling and our Apple Cider Chutney. These can be served on a bed of nachos or chips.
Classic Fish & Chips: We only use the freshest fish and the finest locally sourced potatoes. Our classic menu includes fresh cod dredged in our house batter , and sausage or chicken tenders. Complement your meal with classic sides like mushy peas or a mouthwatering rich beef gravy. We also offer a gourmet cheddar cheese sauce or a delicious aromatic Japanese curry sauce.
